Sides aren't indicated, mine arrived today! Just test with a battery, you'll soon notice which side is which :)
About the CT60, the Falcon isn't locked onto it syncronously, it is async to the Falcon. This means the CT60 can run any speed compared to the Falcon bus. The limit I think on the Falcon bus is the SDMA, you certinaly need a good Falcon Ram card too. With severe tweaking 32Mhz may be possible, though it's safer to run at 25Mhz or 20MHz if you want a reliable machine. I don't know how fast a 68060 rated for 60MHz will go when put near freezing point. Remember to watch out for condensation and water!
