Yes, the Falcon has these extra ports, the TT has not.
The Falcon has a BLiTTER, the TT has not.
The Falcon has horizontal hardware scrolling, the TT has not.
The Falcon can be switched to 8MHz, the TT can not.
The Falcon can produce 50Hz RGB resolutions, the TT can not.
The Falcon "emulates" an STE bus mode, the TT does not.
Let's find the things the TT and the STE have in common that the Falcon does not have:
The TT can replay audio at 6.25KHz, the Falcon can not.
The TT has the national LMC1992, the Falcon has not.
The TT has an ACSI connector, the Falcon has not.
The TT can use an external disk drive, the Falcon can not.
The TT has a "Modem 1" interface, the Falcon has not.
So, as far as i can see, the Falcon's compatibility to the STE is a bit more "fundamental" than the TT's.
