I think that poor 3GHz x86 machine is slower than good 1,4Ghz G4 machine...besides x86 won't run G4-software, but there is good PC emulator for Apple. And PC's are so noisy and with PC laptops the batterie run out about 2 hours, when I have used my PowerbookG4 about 5 hours.

Yes and make same thing that when they moving from P3 to P4. They slow down they processors, that they can make bigger megaherz.
